Jim Stovall is the author of 15 previous books including the best seller The Ultimate Gift which is now a major motion picture from 20th Century Fox, starring James Garner, Brian Dennehy, and Abigail Breslin.

Despite failing eyesight and eventual blindness, Jim Stovall has been a national champion Olympic weightlifter, a successful investment broker, and an entrepreneur. Award-winning director and visionary Tracy J Trost’s filmmaking technique has rendered him one of the most recognizable independent filmmakers in the industry. The first two films that he co-wrote and directed, Find Me and A Christmas Snow, have won numerous awards including Best Feature, Best Actor, and Best of Festival and have created a wave of audience appreciation and critical acclaim. His follow-up to these instant classics, The Lamp starring Academy Award-winning actor Louis Gossett Jr, is another masterpiece that highlights his artistic talent and richly-detailed storytelling. He is quickly building the success of his studio Trost Moving Pictures and his career in the director’s chair. 

In addition to filmmaking, Trost has become an established and well-respected author with his second book, Just Believe: 10 Principles of the Message, being released nationwide alongside his film The Lamp in 2011. Just Believe is a companion book to the film and follows the story of the main character Stanley Walters. His first book, Restored: 11 Gifts for a Complete Life, was released nationally in October 2010 and was written as one of the main character’s (Sam’s) journal from his second film, A Christmas Snow.

Trost brings more than 20 years of award-winning television production experience to Trost Moving Pictures that has taken him coast to coast and around the globe. He has directed and produced live events that have been broadcast internationally to more than 200 countries and been attended by hundreds of thousands of people. In November of 2011 he is bringing his first theatrical play to the stage in Branson, Missouri.

As an accomplished Producer, Production Manager, and First Assistant Director, Jason Stafford brings years of industry experience to virtually every aspect of the production process. Jason has played a vital role on numerous independent feature films, including A Christmas Snow starring Catherine Mary Stewart (The Last Starfighter, Weekend at Bernie’s) and Muse Watson (NCIS, Prison Break, I Know What You Did Last Summer); The Deep Below starring Jason Dohring (Veronica Mars, Deep Impact) and Michael Dorn (Star Trek: The Next Generation); and Christmas Child starring Megan Follows (Anne of Green Gables) and William R. Moses (Jane Doe).

In addition to feature projects, he has worked in a variety of television genres from Pahappahooey Island, an episodic children’s television series to K-9 Nation, an ESPN reality show, as well as countless national/regional commercial projects servicing clients like Wal-Mart, OERB, Citgo, Ditch Witch, Bushnell, Cancer Treatment Centers of America and AAA Insurance. Stafford’s strong and varied skill set allows him to work fluidly with any production team, a talent that makes him an asset in any production environment.
